Feat descriptions

I like the idea of having multiple descriptions of how feats are to be used.

Nailing the feat down tooo much can rule out perfectly good uses, though. One of my players used Wind Words in precisely the manner of the RQ spell. It took us a little while to realise he could easily use the feat to carry his own words downwind to his hearers. I gave him a small improvisation penalty, but thinking about it I don't think he even needed that, it's just a slightly different use of essentially the same effect.
