One would point out that the teleportation runespells were all derived from Mastakos.

I'm allowing any Orlanthi who wants to do so, to learn Mastako's Leap and Mastakos's Chariot, individual feats taught at Mastakos shrines as a part of the Teleport Affinity -- I may eventually decide these are stand alone feats without a 'surrounding' affinity, depending on how it works out in play.

Its possible. But I would also suspect that Orlanth is a generalist and when you want something tricky done, he traditionally goes to a specialist...

I'm treating it mostly as a leaping feat but if a player comes up with a good reason/explanation to use it otherwise, I'll be open to suggestion. But, I like it being good for leaps (and better for leaps to the setting sun)
