They're certainly NOT better than shields, I wasn't implying that.
But they are, usually, better than a single one-handed weapon.
Unfortunately, as shields only give a +1 to Armour Rank, that's a bit
difficult to represent. I'd just treat 2-handed weapons like 1-handed
with no shield, and a +1 weapon Rank.
