The Vingan has only 'leaping' 17 and 'Leap Over Water' presumably
lower than 17, since 'leaping' 17 seems to be her best ability for
the contest. Not very experienced, is she?
So what do we learn? Don't boast about your prowess if you don't have
the masteries to prove it.
