It makes sense. It keeps a shaman a shaman rather than turninginto a dimension door opening Doctor Strange. (not that that's a bad thing...)

I'd say so, modified by the kind of material you happen to have around. And the amount of time you have available.... Combat Spirit Drops are probably not for the weak of skill...
