I don't think that real-world confusion and/or ambiguity should be equated with regional differences in Glorantha.

I don't think that all the tribes of Sartar have the same set of Orlanthi feat names, but interprets them differently.

Instead, some have different feats, some have different affinities, and some barely worship anything recognisable as Orlanth at all.
