Yes. I like Jeff Kyer's suggested interpretation of the rules. You can learn stand-alone feats from any subcult, but once you get an affinity you have devote 10% of your time worshipping the subcult. Thus, a devotee can squeeze in up to 3 or 4 subcults at most. Standalone feats are great, but have to be increased independently (unless they fall under an exising affinity).

I play that Orlanth devotees have access to Thunder Brothers subcults and Orlanth aspects.
