It's impossible to say what will be in Thunder Rebels, since it has not yet had its final edit. However, it's a reasonable bet that Orlanth the Farmer and Orlanth Lawspeaker will not be there.
I don't know who wrote up Barntar, but he shares two affinities and a secret with Orlanth the Farmer.

Fetishes are a lot more temporary (the ancestor is released in order to use his ability).

This reminds me of a discussion I had with Greg of how Pamaltelan heroquests work (you travel the spirit plane and convince a mighty spirit to do what you need).
