To be fair to the argument, I also have problems with stats, Running speeds overall are far too slow, my main one.

Hmm... well, there are plenty of bandages to write on :) However, most Undead, other than those specialised for a particular scenario, tend to end up as Zombies with a couple of extra abilities. Mummies would have Aura of Fear and maybe Vulnerable to Fire. If you like the old Hammer Horror variety, give them Slow Enemy too - no matter how fast you ran, that lumbering, foot-dragging mummy always caught you!

Of course, the new movie Mummy is another thing again, and far better treated as a major villain NPC with some SERIOUS powers!
