That's another point. Some magic looks to be pointless if it's visible, which, as I remember, all magic IS excepting Sorcery. For instance, Bevara's Hide Self, Issaries' Hide Booby Trap, Odayla's Hide in Foliage. These are the DIRECTLY obvious ones, but there are loads of times where it's not a good idea to have your magic visible - most people will be less than pleased to see you're winning an argument by magic, and even if the target is persuaded, he may well have friends watching!
Anyone deal with this problem yet?
