Another vote for a "luscious" edition! Presentation matters; I find
the books almost impossible to read (small page size etc) and the
illustrations in the core books drive me crazy. They seem un-
or at least bear no resemblance to the KoDP
Glorantha "look", or the look of any of the previous Gloranthan
publications. Sorry to be cranky, but if HW is to gain wider
acceptance it has to have an eye candy rating more on the order of
10w or even 5W2. That's what the competition is like, after all.
I'm a big fan of the rules. There are lots off "issues" but it's made
clear from the outset that they can be narrator-fudged. Far more
important is the overall flavor. Character design and magic have a
huge narrative element that make them lots of fun. Very nicely done!
All IMHO obviously. I'm just glad there's product out there.
