Um, can we be a bit less pendantic? Vingans are treated as Orlanthi. Vinga can be viewed, for the purposes of rules-lawyering, as an aspect of Orlanth that women join. From there, they have access to all the Orlanthi subcults.

The inverse is true for Nandan.

Seems dead simple to me.
