Sounds good to me, with the possibility that a bigger success could reduce it further. It's not supposed to be a major healing feat though, so probably only 2 steps for a Complete Success
Mortal -> Injured
Crippled -> Hurt
Injured -> Dazed
Hurt or Dazed -> Full Health...
