Hmm. The OED gives this as a definition of "rally:"
Perhaps "rally warrior" could be used by a Humakti to engage in the sort of light hearted ribbing and mock-insulting that is common between Heortling men. See, the Humakti become cold and womanly when the sever their kin-ties, and they don't fit in with the boys well anymore. They can use "rally warriors" in place of other social abilities.
It beats suggesting they can use the feat to race with, doesn't it?
