By a Quest Challenge? Or do you just mean by HQ? I see it being stated it's a HQ in ST, but it doesn't sound like a Quest Challenge. I don't see what you would bid for a Quest Challenge - you would, presumably, get the new Feat at the same Rating as the Affinity, would you have to bid (and risk losing) the whole Affinity to get a Feat?
