According to Greg, Urox (Heortling) and Storm Bull (Praxian) are not the same 'being'; thus you can worship one theistically, and the other animistically, without the Misapplied Worship rules ever being applied. Quite what it means in a non-rules sense to say they aren't the same being is more of a Glorantha Digest type question :-)
