The Praxians were to be the sample Animist culture in the HW rulebook. Instead the Grazers were inserted, so the Praxian keywords were left unfinished. For instance, SB is called a 'Spirit Cult' and some Theistic terminology is used about him, when it's now clear he is a Great Spirit, worshipped by Animists.
