Just managed to read the shaman's reply to the Humakti and the Orlanthi (Death Man and Little Brother) worshipper on the Issaries site, and while they are excellent in-world descriptions of why people would choose to misapply worship to Orlanth and Humakt in Prax, they don't really say why Storm Bull is a defiant cult and Humakt and Orlanth aren't.
Anyone in the know, want to illuminate me?
