A nice resource! It's fairly accurate as regards tribal locations (certainly more accurate than any Heortling could draw for you) but is definitely pre-1618, as it contains both the Dundealos and the Kultain tribes.

In 1618 the Dundealos rebelled after Lunar provocation, and were made an example of. A new tribe called the Enstalos was formed from the survivors and from Tarshite and Aggari settlers.

In 1619, after the invasion of Volsaxiland, the clans of the Kultain were broken up and joined to neighbouring tribes (most to the Sylangi).
