What about the non-Orlanthi in Dragon Pass? That's Grazelanders, Ducks, SunDomers, etc? I would assume that they have no special mythical anti-cold abilities, (right?) so if winters really were 4W they would all freeze on the way to the outhouse. Maybe that's what the Feathered Horse Queen's feathers are for - to keep warm? :-)
