has some useful figures for the rates of travel: wind, row, and drag (ouch) of the reconstructed viking longship Helge Ask.

However, didn't the travel times appear in Missing Lands? In which case bear in mind that the numbers in particular are very subject to change and more recent work may have updated those figures. Caveat Emptor.
