Or with tweezers.

The way it was apparently done in ancient Egypt, and what I have adopted for Esrolia, was to have a servant (or sister parhaps) pick out unwanted hair one by one with tweezers. I takes a long time of course, but should get a good result.

Of course you get to keep doing it all your life, but what wouldn't one do for fashion.
