In one of the articles about Chaosium's house RQ campaign in "Wyrm's Footnotes", there's a pregnant female Humakti named Errol Silksword, who gives birth to an invisible baby during a battle. It's an old article that may have nothing to do with current Glorantha, but there ya go.
