I agree that there are relatively few psychopathic and dangerous fanatics in the thrall of Death, but I think there's a much larger number of (relatively) normal warrior types in the cult, too. It doesn't seem to me that the material has concentrated excessively on the former to the exclusion of the latter, and in general I think the balance of information has been pretty good (actually rather better than I might have feared). Nor does it seem to have been mentioned overly much for what is, after all, quite an important Heortling war cult - most likely the second largest after Orlanth (albeit quite a poor second, I'll grant you).
I agree its a rather boring cult, mind, but I assume that's just because I'm not very interested in warriors. I can think of a number of people who'd feel differently, and variety is what we want, after all...
