I don't think Female Heortlings join Urox through the Vinga initiation. Urox is a distinct go.. spiri.. deity in his own right and thus women that want to join him would do so directly.

Considering that one prominent culture descended from Urox (the Praxians) has a fairly strict gender code and that his known children there (Waha and the Founders) are all male, I'm skeptical about the existence of wild women Uroxi-spawn.
