Well, OiD really will be out very, very soon. There was even the possibility that a batch would be ready to distribute to GTA members at C02 last month, but as is it is expected from the printers imminently. Really.
As for other products, to an extent they have been the 'victims' of Greg's determination that HQ really is the game HW should have been rather than just a minor tinkering. ILH-1 has long been written, but needs to be made HQ compatible. The new animism and sorcery rules have only recently been finalised (or 'finalishised'), which means that the relevant cults in the book need to be revised to fit, but otherwise this is at a very advanced stage.
Much the same is true of the Hero's Book. Again, the manuscript has been ready, but it would hardly have been fair to present it to players as 'everything you need', only to release HQ a couple of months later with an 'oops sorry, HB's out of date.' Now that the HQ manuscript is in pretty good shape, HB is being tweaked to reflect the changes in the new rules (eg, the addition of Common Magic) and is likely to come out before HQ itself.
