No. The question posed was about this:

and whether the effect of becoming _lunarized_ (NOT illuminated) was _like_ Illumination (i.e. a chance of sudden insight every sacred time) and I said no, the effect was gradual.

"rare occasions"? "eloquent speakers"? Given that the effect is simply becoming a Lunar in thought, it's far from cheap and dirty illumination.
