If "all" Heortlings feel that rape is chaotic, I'd assume there isn't much happening. And, when it happens, you'd call out the Uroxi, right? There would be plenty of others willing to help too, remembering all the wonderful Orlanth Adventurous bad poetry, e.g. "Sweet green woman look at me...", plus strong Heortling clan ties.
So why does Vinga have such a strong "resist it" component? Seems like it is not needed nor relevant.
