In my game happened once.
The babies were suspected to be tainted by chaos.
The killer was their father and he is a Praxian Waha
traditionalist (recently had been freed from a chaotic
spirit, Thed spirit who had possessed him and had
forced him to rape two Praxian women).
He killed the two children because they were strange
and possibly chaotic and buried the corpses all alone.
Nobody bothered to ask him thereafter.
Waha (through the shaman) ordered him to feed and care
for the two raped women all his life thereafter.
He is still doing it (he is a hero, aka a PC).
