Who is Hendrakos?

2002-10-09-1453.

On Page 127 of 'King of Sartar' there is a mention of Hendrakos, a Tarsh King, having been slain by Phargentes. Was Hendrakos the King of the Tarsh Exiles? If he was, who succeeded him and lead the Exiles at the Battle of Grizzly Peak? Was he based at Bagnot, which would have been the centre of the Tarsh resistance until it fell in 1582?
