There was also horseshoes in Vrang 2Jhomang's cult writeup (Questlines). IIRC it was throwing horseshoes at each other. When that proved too lethal, it was defined as hitting a horseshoe on ice with a big stick into a goal. That was still too lethal and so the horseshoes were stuck in the ground and little balls were hit between them.
