Humakti clans have a much bigger Humakti party (up to 40 percent of the clan), but there is still a lot of other cults involved in clan life.

I think that the Humakti which are from a Humakt Clan DO marry. See Storm Tribe page 106 boxed section.

Thats also a possibility, but we are speaking here of clanlife not herobands (this may overlap).
