That comes under "strain on the room" :-) The air conditioners can only do so much, even when blowing cold air in as fast as they can. Other strains are on the bathrooms and garbage cans.

We have a good relationship with the hotel, and I give housekeeping a schedule of when rooms are available for cleaning. It helps.
