As the feat is described [in a mythical sort of way] in the Finovan write up [in Thunder Rebels] as Finovan's horse, that could travel as easily over water or air as it could the ground, that sounds right. But I have also heard it referred to as a spell for scaring your foes [Minor reference in Barbarian Adventures under typical war bands] in which case the combat affinity sounds right.
