Up till now, at least -- there's too much MGF to be had when plucky Sartarites
whump up some icy storm spirits and 'sic 'em on major roads, in the
hopes of
mucking up Lunar logistics. Now, the *Tarsh* roads are an even juicier
target,
of course.
And since the Loonies have had the Cold Wall for a while, no doubt Lunar engineers would be boggled when, in the thaw, suddenly their nice roads are lumpy and bumpy.
