You might want to check out the Sartar Rising group on Yahoogroups (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sartar_rising/). while currently at a standstill, the Clan Questionaire generated a lot of really fun ideas. Start somewhere close to the beginning.

I think Chris did a marvelous job leading us (much better than I did), it's too bad the real life got in the way.
