Good question, especially if I try to give a "serious" answer.

Not the Sartar temple, I don't think. They need to stay all prudish as a contrast to the Orlanthi nearby.

Balazar? They've got Sun Domes of sorts. And possibly they *just* go naked for this one event, in honour of the Sun, or something.

But you don't have to be Sun Domers to play Shield-push, it's a pretty obvious game for any military unit that uses big shields and close formation.

How about the Lunars? I'm sure there's a unit out there somewhere that does this. But I suspect they'd need some sort of mythic significance to the lack of armour.

You military types out there: what's the chances of a military unit that relies on Big Shields and close formation also discouraging the use of armour?

Can we get the Alkothi into this?

Would the standard Orlanti "shield wall" ever be organised enough for Shield Push to be a relevant game, or are they always looser formation?

YGMV. Whenever the GM/narrator decides to bring them there, or the PCs/heros decide to invite them!
