We don't change the status until the item is actually shipping and for items also going into normal distribution (like the HeroQuest softcover)we have to wait until distributor pre-ship is over (usually 3-5 business days after the listed "ship date"). The softcover started shipping from Warehouse 23 on August 22, and the hardcover started shipping August 25.
