I recommend using poker chips, glass beads or small candies (M&Ms, Skittles, Lemonheads, etc.) to keep track of Advantage Points. It gives the players a very visceral sense of how well or poorly they are doing and, in the case of the last option, they can eat them in celebration if victorious. Eating poker chips or glass beads is not recommended. :)

As for Target Numbers, there really is no such thing as a "standard" when you can potentially augment any ability with any combination of other abilities. I recommend keeping a pad of Post-It Notes on hand, as that allows folks to manage their bookkeeping without mussing up their hero sheets.
