Aren't Razzy's broo thugs *illuminated* Humakti? K'Rana, the Humakt Sword / Scorpion Queen in LoT certainly is. Makes it a lot easier to keep up with the honor codes when you can break them at will...
I think that Chaos can worship Humakt, sure, but it's an extraordinary thing. Are there any canonical examples of chaos worshipping that aren't illuminated? I can't think of any, but I can't find my copy of Dorastor to check...
