In Ken Hite's latest "Out of the Box" column, HeroQuest won the "Most Improved Retread of 2003" award.

Most Improved Retread of 2003: ... But in making one of the most innovative games of 2000 readable -- and hence playable -- Robin Laws and Greg Stafford's HeroQuest take the well-deserved Outie for Most Improved Retread of 2003.
