No problem, David. Its one of those debates that you always get on various lists (eg, who would win: Star Trek vs Star Wars being an classic example). You just stumbled onto a bit of Gloranthan bottomless pit.
As long as the topics remain relevant to actual game play and don't wander off into deeply nitpicky Gloranthan minutae, its all good. But when it doesn't have much to do with running a game and has more to do with who's nitpicking is better, I tend to step in. It may not be the best moderation style but its mine.
Normally the list is less esoteric.
