ViSaruDaran/Torus - Veskerele - Argan Argar

A question about the Entokosiad:
The son of ViSaDaran/Torus is Veskerele (mother: Azerlo). Veskerele's realm is the fourth hell, in the Book of Drastic Resolution, the fourth hell is Argan Argar's realm.
Is there any link between Argan Argar and Veskerele ?
