Personally I never liked the way HQ handles invulnerability to non-magical weapons. For me its just an ablity like any other (i.e. Invulnerable To Normal Weapons 17 or higher) that can be used as a defence if attacked by a non-magical weapon. YMMV.
But yes IMG the Cursed Ones do involunatarily change on Wildday
