Wyrms Footprints is still available in some places (on this side of the Atlantic Leisure Games in Finchley, London have at least one copy for sale).

On ebay.co.uk RQ material often fetches high prices (the RQ3 Dorastor supplement seems to usually fetch over �30 - at current exchange rates that's over $50). That may or may not hold in the U.S. but I suggest that you should be prepared for it.
