You mean of course, Pavis-outside-the-walls; New Pavis. Pavis, the
Real City, was built by Pavis and his Mostali chum, Flintnail within
the walls of Paragua the Giant. I guess the Mostali made some or all
of both of the, so Sartarite cities are a bit inhuman in any case.
