Absolutely. Although I'm not sure if you are asking if you could steal maps of locales and things from DnD or whether you could set it in a world like Faerun (?) which has its own maps and kingdoms.

The answer to both is Absolutely.

If you are picking up a map of a town or hills or duchy or something and want to use it, it probably can be easily inserted into Glorantha without much difficulty. If you want to take a whole other world, you obviously aren't playing on Glorantha anymore, but you can still play HeroQuest. The game system itself is remarkably versatile, and can pretty much mimic any fantasy setting without undue difficulty. (And other worlds besides, IMHO). LC
