It's at the printers, and has been for about a week. But, given that all distribution goes through warehouse 23 and is therefore driven by their shipping status and the inevitable bottlenecks of any such organisation, your best bet is just to keep an eye on what they say _at_ http://www.warehouse23.com/item.cgi?ISS1403
