Pavis & Big Rubble lists the garrison troops as the Marble Phalanx, Silver Shields and Antelope Lancers.

Masters of Luck & Death has the Silver Shields as mainly coming from the Southern part of the Empire - Sylila, Tarsh and Vanxh (although the Homeland keyword suggestions don't reflect that)
