I think they have, but not a usual one.

They live in the hills and valleys of Dragon Pass. If they can manage to have their battles in places where there aren't large lumps of open ground, then they can effectively prevent massed cavalry charges. _That_ sounds like an entirely likely Orlanthi tactic...
